The IBF unveils its poster for 2018 for days and with 27 new groups
The International Festival of Benicàssim (FIB), to be held in the town of Castellón from July 19 to 22, has unveiled the poster for days and has announced 27 new names of the poster, including The Horrors, Giggs, Status Live, The Shrines , Toundra or Monarchy, among others.
Program on Thursday, July 19
Thus, Thursday will be the day of Travis Scott, Two Door Cinema Club, Izal and J Hus. American hip hop superstar Travis Scott will lead the day with a “incendiary direct.” There will also be the fantastic Two Door Cinema Club, the hip hop of J Hus and Princess Nokia, the rhythm of Everything Everything and Tune-yards, the power of Nothing but thieves, the pop of Jessie Ware, the electronic variety of Cashmere Cat and Sofi Tukker and the sounds of new bands like Pale Waves, The Magic Gang and Terry vs. Tori, among others.

Friday will be starring The Killers, The Vaccines and Rag’n’Bone Man. The Killers, “one of the biggest bands in the world, will lead the offer that night giving an amazing concert full of hits like ‘Mr. Brightside ‘,’ The Man ‘,’ Somebody Told Me ‘and more.But there are more, the promoters of the musical event stand out, since the show will host The Vaccines and Catfish and the bottlemen, the striking dj set by Eric Prydz, the urban blues of Rag’n’Bone Man, the abrasive punk of Sleaford Mods, the timeless indie of The Charlatans, the synthetic pop of Desert and the class of Anna Calvi, Juanita Stein and Joana Serrat & The Great Canonyers.

On Saturday’s agenda highlights the name of the most successful British pop duo, Pet Shop Boys, which promises “an unforgettable live” in which there will be plenty of hits like ‘West End Girls’, ‘Go West’ or ‘It’s A Sin’ .In addition, Chase & Status Live will arrive at the Las Palmas Stage with the usual drum’n’bass, the magical Scottish pop of Belle & Sebastian will give way to the guitars of The Kooks, Toundra, The Horrors and White Russians. The rap will land with two masters, Giggs and Odyssey & Good compny, along with the sunny English electropop of Metronomy, Monarchy and the Belgian Oscar & The Wolf.

Finally, on Sunday, Liam Gallagher will round off a year of success with a concert as headliner in which his hits and a good dose of Oasis classics will sound. The ‘fibers’ will also have the opportunity to enjoy the catchy electropop of Bastille and Dorian, the luminous impetus of Madness, the 21st century rock of Wolf Alice and Shame, the extravagance of King Khan & The Shrines, the garagera madness of The Parrots and The Nastys, the energy of Alma, Zoe and Nathy Peluso and the subtlety of Marem Ladson.
