Westlife: New Documentary Coming

Westlife have revealed that they will be releasing a documentary following their reunion tour – including brand new footage of their split in 2012, it has been reported.

The band announced last October that they would be getting back together after a six year break, and will embark on a huge comeback tour this year.

The Twenty Tour will see the Irish boyband play 33 shows across Europe, starting at the SSE Arena in Belfast in May and ending with two shows at Croke Park.

Some fans were left disappointed after tickets for the gigs across the UK and Ireland sold out almost instantly.

However last month the group announced extra tickets for their Irish dates due to the overwhelming demand.

And now the global pop icons have revealed that they are filming a documentary following the hugely-anticipated reunion, including footage of the upcoming tour.

Kian Egan told the Irish Sun: “We’ve had crews on us since the first day because we knew straight away – we’ve got to capture it even if it’s just for ourselves.

Fellow band member Shane Filan continued: “We’ll document it in some way because it’s important for us and our kids and for the fans to realise how it all came back together.
